I found this AMAZING healthy breakfast smoothie recipe with several options to mix it up and keep it fresh. They have become my go-to breakfasts when I am running out the door for the 1.5 hour morning carpool circuit.

Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 Small Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Cucumber, Peeled
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 oz Coconut Milk

Sunrise Smoothie

  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

Mango Blueberry Smoothie

  • One 4×4 of Terra’s Kitchen Grab & Go Mangoes and Blueberries (total 6 oz)
  • 4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

Beet and Banana Smoothie

  • 3 Small Prepackaged Steamed Beets (and the liquid they come in)
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

Super Food Smoothie

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 of an Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon each of Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Raw Honey, Coconut Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
