On Thursday I took three of my kids and headed out to Flight Trampoline Park in Springfield, VA to meet up with Katie from Disney Katie and Heidi from Me And My Tween for a fun day of jumping.

When we first got there we met the marketing manager, Eric Johnson. He was very nice and personable. He walked us through the process of filling out wavers, and signing in to jump. We got our time tags and hit the trampolines. Now my kids are trampoline fanatics. We have been to about 10 different indoor trampoline parks. I am not saying that we are experts, but well, we know the good ones from the bad. One reason that we go to trampoline places so often is because it is a sneaky way to get all of the kids to have a great workout while having fun. The kids get so busy having fun that they forget it is exercise as well.

Temperature

Now right off you are probably thinking, Why in the heck is she talking about temperature. I will tell you why.  When you are jumping for an hour or more you want to be in a cool environment. If it starts out hot, then it is only going to get hotter as you exercise. Well, Flight keeps it temperature nice and cool. Now, don’t misread me, we were still sweaty when we left, but what else do you expect when you are exercising for an hour?

Crowds

Oh my gosh. This was by far the least crowded trampoline park that we have ever been to. There were plenty of people there and maybe it is the fact that the place over 50 connected trampolines, a dodge ball area, jumping stations where you jump onto air pillows or foam, and more! We never felt crowded and everyone always had their own trampoline if they wanted.

I found their prices to be pretty much on with all of the other places that we have gone. Trampoline parks are a little pricey in general but Flight has specials! Family night, home school discount, and group discounts, plus more. Check out their website for more information on prices and deals.

Enjoyment

Well um, I would say we all had a great time. The kids had their friends/cousins to play with. There was so many different things to do that they never got bored. And even the adults got in on the action.

It was a great day. We all left tired and hungry for lunch!
