Are you looking for a quick, easy, healthy breakfast? I am always looking for something to spice up breakfast that is easy and fun to add to the menu. I found this AMAZING healthy breakfast smoothie recipe with several options to mix it up and keep it fresh. They have become my go-to breakfasts when I am running out the door for the 1.5 hour morning carpool circuit.
Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 Kiwi
- 2 Small Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 Cucumber, Peeled
- 1 Banana
- 4 oz Coconut Milk
Sunrise Smoothie
- 1 cup Mango
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
Mango Blueberry Smoothie
- One 4×4 of Terra’s Kitchen Grab & Go Mangoes and Blueberries (total 6 oz)
- 4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
Beet and Banana Smoothie
- 3 Small Prepackaged Steamed Beets (and the liquid they come in)
- 1 Banana
- 4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Super Food Smoothie
- 1 cup Spinach
- Frozen Banana
- 1/2 of an Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon each of Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Raw Honey, Coconut Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
